What we collect

We only collect what you give us or what we need to run the site:

• Contact requests. Your name, email, company, website, biggest challenge, and message when you ask us to book a call.
• Brand Clarity Score. Your answers stay in your browser unless you request your full reading. If you do, we store your name, email, company, website, answers, and scores.
• Client Field Kit. For clients, the answers entered into your private workspace, the email address you sign in with, and the final report we prepare from them.
• Site analytics. Standard information such as pages visited and referring site, collected through cookies from HubSpot, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. On our public pages, Clarity also records how visitors scroll and click so we can see which parts of the site are confusing. Anything typed into a form is hidden from these recordings, and Clarity never runs inside client workspaces.

How we use it

To reply to you, send the reading you asked for, send a short series of follow-up emails with practical strategy advice, prepare for calls, and deliver client work. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in every email.

How we use AI. Every final report is shaped, reviewed and approved by your strategist. To make that work faster and more thorough, we use our own proprietary process, built on Anthropic’s Claude, to analyze your Field Kit answers. Your information is never used to train AI models, and Anthropic keeps it only briefly before deleting it automatically.

We don’t sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Where it’s stored

We use trusted providers to run the business:

• HubSpot: customer relationship management and email
• Netlify: website hosting
• Supabase: the database behind client workspaces, final reports and our follow-up email schedule
• Resend: delivery of our follow-up emails
• Google Workspace: our email, including Field Kit sign-in links
• Anthropic: AI drafting of client final reports
• Google Analytics: site analytics
• Microsoft Clarity: anonymized recordings of how visitors use our public pages

Client workspaces and reports are visible only to the client and Wandering Rebel strategists. Drafts and strategist notes are never visible to clients until a report is published.

How long we keep it

Contact and lead information is kept while we’re in touch and deleted on request. Client workspaces and their reports are deleted on request, or 12 months after an engagement ends.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time. Email hello@wanderingrebel.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
